Costume choices aside though, Ryan is somewhat of a master at transformation. He goes from a disheveled temp to the facial-hair-clad, NYC party boy, brainchild of Dunder Mifflin Infinity, is then arrested for fraud, dyes his hair bleach blonde, and eventually ends up looking like a philosophy professor in thick-rimmed, black glasses.
