While neither Ben nor Maiya have confirmed the marriage news, many fans and fellow celebrities have extended their congratulations to the happy couple. In November 2025, Ben shared the news that Maiya had converted to Islam, hinting that the two had plans for marriage. The match randomly pairs amateurs, celebrities, and professional players in a one-point-only game, with the winner taking home the AUD$1 million (approximately RM2.74 million) prize money.
