Charmaine Sheh Fangirls Over Chow Yun Fat In First Selfie With Actor

Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) has reached A-list status in the Chinese entertainment scene, being the top-paid actress in her country. However, the star also has her moments of fangirling over her idols.

On 23rd February 2026 (Monday), Charmaine shared a photo with renowned actor Chow Yun Fat (周润发). The two were part of a Chinese New Year gathering with other Hong Kong actors, including Michael Miu (苗僑偉) and Bosco Wong (黃宗澤). Despite the star-studded celebration, Charmaine was most excited about meeting her idol. In the Instagram post, the actress gushed about meeting Chow Yun Fat and snapping her first selfie with the actor.

The photo shows Charmaine beaming with happiness, unable to hide her joy. Chow Yun Fat also displayed a similarly friendly smile. While this was Charmaine's first selfie with Chow Yun Fat, the 50-year-old has had many interactions with the actor. She recalled bumping into the film star at a restaurant in Clearwater Bay many years ago. The actress said she wanted to get up and greet him, but was too shy. Instead, she could only muster a quiet "Brother Fat!".

Charmaine then recalled another memory with Chow Yun Fat that took place around 2000, when she was still a newcomer. She said a senior from her management requested that she attend a training class. As it turns out, Chow Yun Fat was leading the class and recognised Charmaine because he had seen "Return Of The Cuckoo". Charmaine said she was secretly overjoyed at being acknowledged by her idol, but had to pretend to be calm.

The "The Queen of News" star lamented not having many opportunities to work with Chow Yun Fat. Netizens and fans have reacted to the actress's post and her anecdotes, quipping that she's a successful fangirl. Many also expressed hope to see the two stars work together in the future.

It must've been a dream come true for Charmaine to snap that photo with her idol. Let's hope she'll be able to realise her dream of working with Chow Yun Fat soon.

From Secret Investor To Planned Conference: All Of Dispatch’s Latest Allegations Towards Min Hee Jin

Despite winning her lawsuit against HYBE, former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin (민희진) still isn't innocent – at least according to Dispatch. The South Korean news outlet recently released a lengthy exposé on Min Hee Jin, claiming that she orchestrated NewJeans' (뉴진스) "downfall".

On 23rd February 2026 (Monday), Dispatch dropped an exposé on NewJeans' former executive producer, alleging that she had a major role in the group's months-long battle against HYBE and ADOR. These allegations come after the court ruled in Min Hee Jin's favour in a dispute with her former label. However, Dispatch claimed the court case failed to present several arguments that point to her involvement. Here's a list of the allegations put forward:

Min Hee Jin Used Her Connections With A Japanese Aristocrat

SOURCE: DISPATCH

On 28th November 2025, NewJeans held a press conference to announce the termination of their exclusive contract, promising to proceed with previously scheduled activities. However, the next day, the members reversed their intention, saying they would suspend all activities. Dispatch claims Min Hee Jin planned this move, calling NewJeans to Japan to meet with the late Japanese aristocrat, Kazumichi Goh.

Kazumichi Goh was a notable figure in the Japanese racing world with considerable influence and wealth. He was also allegedly a huge fan of NewJeans. Reports suggest that Min Hee Jin got acquainted with Kazumichi Goh in late 2024, claiming she met up with him because she needed funding. As such, she scheduled several meetings with Kazumichi Goh and NewJeans, hoping to kickstart investment talks. In March 2025, NewJeans released a song called "PitStop", which Dispatch speculates to be a tribute to the late racing team founder.

Min Hee Jin Planned NewJeans' ComplexCon Performance

SOURCE: DISPATCH
SOURCE: DISPATCH

NewJeans performed "PitStop" for the first and only time at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025, marking their debut as NJZ (엔제이지) amid their ongoing legal dispute. When asked about the planning for the performance, the group members claimed that the organisers were providing the necessary personnel. However, Dispatch argued that Min Hee Jin had discussed the performance contract.

The news outlet claimed to have obtained NewJeans' ComplexCon contract, revealing that the group received a US$850,000 payment. From that amount, US$500,000 was for consulting fees and staff expenses. Min Hee Jin reportedly discussed the contract with the members' parents and the lawyer team. However, the creative director allegedly didn't use her name in the contract to avoid tampering issues.

Dispatch suspects that Min Hee Jin wanted NewJeans to proceed with the ComplexCon performance to appease Complex China CEO Bonnie Chan Woo. A leading figure in the Chinese pop culture industry, Bonnie reportedly expressed interest in purchasing 80% of the shares in ADOR, in return for the rights to artists' contracts and operations.

Min Hee Jin & Danielle's Mother Attempted To Create A False Narrative

SOURCE: DISPATCH

NewJeans' performance as NJZ at ComplexCon Hong Kong happened after the court granted ADOR's injunction, effectively halting the group's independent activities. However, Dispatch claimed to have obtained messages between Min Hee Jin and Danielle's (다니엘) mother, where the two allegedly suggested crafting a narrative.

The two reportedly planned to release a statement, suggesting ADOR placed psychological pressure and anxiety on the NewJeans members, especially to attend ADOR-related activities. Dispatch claims the narrative was to build grounds to nullify the members' contact by citing emotional distress.

Min Hee Jin Planned Out NewJeans' Contract Termination

SOURCE: DISPATCH

Min Hee Jin's 12th February court victory was the result of the court ruling that, although there had been discussions of seeking independence, the creative director did not carry them out. However, Dispatch alleges that the former ADOR CEO actively orchestrated NewJeans' contract termination press conference.

The news outlet claims to have evidence that Min Hee Jin directed the event, even writing a script for the members and overseeing rebuttal press materials. At the press conference, the members claimed that they never discussed their contract termination with their former executive producer. At that time, Min Hee Jin had stepped down as ADOR's CEO, but was still an internal director.

Min Hee Jin has reacted to Dispatch's report with a Stories post on her personal Instagram. The creative director slammed the media outlet, claiming that they're spreading false information. She also said that she'll take legal action against Dispatch.

(Video) Veteran Actor Lee Lung Kei Not Ready To Give Up Ex-Fiancée Chris Wong?

Going through a public break-up can be emotionally devastating. However, despite the controversy surrounding his former partner, veteran actor Lee Lung Kei (李龙基) admits that he hasn't moved on.

Recently, the Hong Kong actor appeared in an interview with HOY TV presenter Angela Yue (俞咏文) to talk about his split from ex-fiancee, Chris Wong (Wang Qingxia/王青霞). Back in January, Lee Lung Kei confirmed that he and Chris had split up after learning that she is married and has a teenage son. The 39-year-old reportedly concealed her marriage to pursue a romantic relationship with Lee Lung Kei.

SOURCE: INSTAGRAM (@yue.angela)
SOURCE: TWITTER (@weizai84934144)

Given the couple's high-profile romance, the break-up sparked heated debate online, with many quipping that Lee Lung Kei finally "woke from his dream". However, during his interview with Angela, Lee Lung Kei admitted that he hasn't fully moved on. The 75-year-old said he has mostly recovered from the heartbreak, but acknowledged that he still required some emotional adjustments.

The interview also included a tarot reading segment where Lee Lung Kei reflected on his prospects in love and career for the rest of 2026. Interestingly, the tarot reader noted that the actor's recently severed relationship might improve during the year, suggesting that there might still be a chance for Lee Lung Kei and Chris to reconcile. Understandably, Lee Lung Kei appeared surprised by the reading.

SOURCE: INSTAGRAM (@yue.angela)

However, a reading on his financial outlook cautioned the star to be wary of potential disputes linked to women. The tarot reader also warned that monetary losses or legal trouble could arise if he's too generous. Interestingly, before starting the tarot reading, Lee Lung Kei mentioned his intentions to change his priorities this year and place greater emphasis on financial prudence, rather than love.

Of course, we should take tarot reading with a grain of salt. While it's unclear what the future holds for Lee Lung Kei, it appears that the actor doesn't want to let go of his past love despite the potential risks.

Raya 2026: 6 Must-Shop Collections For Modern Elegance

Raya is the season when getting dressed feels intentional, when colours seem softer, fabrics feel lighter, and every silhouette tells a quiet story. While tradition is important, it's also important we find pieces that feel both special and authentic.

Whether you gravitate towards bold prints, soft romantic silhouettes or minimalist tailoring, 2026's Raya offerings prove there is something for every woman and every chapter she is in. Here are the Raya collections we're keeping our eyes on this year.

1. VARIANTE

There is a certain art to stepping into Raya feeling both polished and perfectly at ease, a quiet confidence that comes from wearing something made with intention. This year, VARIANTE captures that very sentiment with Raya Éclat 2026, a Ready-to-Wear collection that honours the grace of tradition while embracing the clean lines of modern sophistication. Across brocade, jacquard, satin, and linen, the pieces speak a language of understated luxury, where soft volume sleeves meet tailored precision, and every fabric, from airy chiffon to intricately embroidered cotton, feels chosen with care.

What makes Raya Éclat truly resonate is its understanding that festive dressing need not be confined to a single day. These are pieces designed to linger in a woman's wardrobe long after the moon has shifted, moving seamlessly from formal celebrations to those quiet, everyday moments that still ask for a touch of beauty. In a season of togetherness, the collection serves as a gentle reminder that when we dress with intention, we honour not just the occasion, but the woman looking back at us in the mirror.

2. Qiszar

Source: Facebook/Qiszar.My

Qiszar has always understood glamour, and this year is no different. Their Blooming Raya collection leans into flowy lace, soft florals and silhouettes that highlight your shape in the most elegant way. There is a romantic energy to the designs that makes you want to twirl in front of the mirror just to see the fabric move. At the same time, everything feels refined rather than overdone. It is the kind of glamour that feels grown up, confident and completely Raya ready.

3. Hani Mokhta

Source: Facebook/Hani Mokhta

Hani Mokhta's principle of "Wearable Sunshine" feels especially meaningful this year. Their Becoming collection is all about growth and embracing every version of yourself. The vibrant colours and expressive prints bring a sense of joy that instantly lifts your mood. Each piece feels like a celebration of personal evolution.

4. HIJABISTAHUB

Source: Facebook/HIJABISTAHUB

HIJABISTAHUB continues to prove that modest fashion can be both stylish and comfortable. The fabrics feel breathable and easy, and the cuts are flattering without compromising on coverage. It is the sort of collection that understands real life, where you are greeting relatives, taking photos and running around all day.

What stands out is how seamlessly these pieces fit into your everyday wardrobe. They are practical yet polished, which makes them perfect for women who want to look good without feeling restricted.

5. Anasri

Every year, choosing a Raya outfit can feel overwhelming because everything is so beautiful. Anasri makes it easier by curating a clear Raya 2026 theme that helps you narrow down what truly feels like you. Whether you lean towards minimal and timeless pieces, soft feminine silhouettes or something bold yet still modest, there is a sense of direction that feels reassuring.

The Serenita and Timeless collections are especially dreamy. With their soft, innocent vibes, it's no surprise that many girls are even choosing them for engagement outfits. There is something undeniably romantic about wearing a piece that feels gentle yet unforgettable.
