It seems that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially kicked off their wedding celebrations! According to reports, the couple’s friends and family were recently spotted in New York, likely to attend the rumoured nuptials at Madison Square Garden.
In case you haven’t heard, the pop star and her American football player fiancé are allegedly holding their wedding ceremony at the iconic New York City arena. News outlets previously reported that the ceremony will be a lavish celebration, with the main event taking place on 3rd July 2026 (Friday EDT).
Despite all the buzz on social media, the couple has kept silent on the rumours. Nevertheless, news outlets have spotted their friends and family all dressed up in New York, specifically at Madison Square Garden on 2nd July 2026 (Thursday EDT), for what news outlets suspect is the rehearsal dinner.
The list of celebrities who reportedly attended the dinner includes Taylor’s best friend Selena Gomez and longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff. Actor Bradley Cooper and actress Lena Dunham were also spotted near the arena Thursday evening, along with football players Ross Travis and George Kittle.
Family members were also seen at hotels near Madison Square Garden, adding weight to the rumours that Taylor and Travis will wed at the arena. While the rehearsal dinner is reportedly a small event with only 100 guests, there were claims that the couple are hosting around 1,000 guests at their wedding ceremony.
Interestingly, there were also reports that Taylor and Travis have already tied the knot. New York Post’s Page Six claimed that the celebrity couple have already exchanged vows in front of a “tiny group of loved ones”. However, the outlet never specified when or where this intimate ceremony took place.
