In the video, Jet Li appeared haggard and was pushing the cart with his torso hunched. When a man offered to help with his luggage, the actor rejected the offer and left hurriedly.
The video sparked even more concern for the actor. Many netizens lamented that Jet Li should've been accompanied by an assistant, noting that he recently had surgery and is likely still recovering.
