Celebrate The Beauty Of Spring With The Hanami Bento Box At Nobu Kuala Lumpur

In line with the spring season this April, Nobu Kuala Lumpur is offering a special Japanese Sakura-inspired menu: the Hanami Bento Box, a limited-time culinary experience inspired by the Japanese tradition of Hanami – the appreciation of cherry blossom season.

Thoughtfully curated by the culinary team, the Hanami Bento Box showcases a harmonious selection of Nobu's signature flavours, blending delicate Japanese ingredients with the brand's distinctive contemporary style.

The experience begins with a trio of cold starters, featuring Seared Tuna with Seaweed Salad, Whitefish Tiradito, and Saba Zushi, offering refreshing textures and vibrant flavours that set the tone for the meal.

Carefully crafted hot dishes including Sakura Ebi, Edamame Kakiage, Monaka Wagyu Tartare with Truffle Aioli, Grilled Grouper with Yuzu Olive Dry Kanzuri, and Hotaru Ika New Style, highlights premium ingredients and refined Japanese techniques.

To conclude the experience, guests can indulge in a trio of desserts inspired by the flavours of spring: Sakura Leave Mochi, Chimaki Azuki, and a delicate Sakura Cheesecake, offering a lightly sweet finish to the seasonal menu.

The Hanami Bento Box Menu is available for a limited time at RM300++ per person, offering diners a chance to savour the spirit of spring through a carefully composed tasting experience. Rooted in the beauty of Japanese seasonal traditions, the Hanami Bento Box reflects Nobu's philosophy of celebrating ingredients at their peak while delivering a memorable dining journey.
