The allegations claimed that the “Pepaya” star is deep in debt and is currently living at his restaurant in Ipoh with his family. Days later, Zul would go live on TikTok, confirming the allegations about his current financial issue.

According to the 53-year-old, he and his family of eight have been living at their restaurant while trying to find solutions for their personal troubles. While he never mentioned the cause of the problems, Zul noted that the family will have to live at the restaurant for a week before they can find a better alternative.
Zul later revealed that he needs RM15,000 within the near future to solve his ongoing financial issues. He never disclosed the purpose of the money, but many believe the RM15,000 is for unpaid bills for his house and business. In his livestream, the former actor also shared a link to his Touch ‘n Go eWallet, pleading for assistance from the public.
